As the Research & Logistics Specialist for Dr. Daniel Dutton, Daniel Smiley is responsible for organizing Dr. Dutton's research team and managing logistical concerns for Dr. Dutton, the department of Community Health and Epidemiology, and Dalhousie University.

Daniel was formerly a Project Manager and Producer in the entertainment sector, delivering a wide variety of digital products related to the film, television, and book publishing industries.

Daniel is an avid board gamer, traveler, and hiker, and has performed improv comedy across Canada and the UK.
